The Royal Coin Cabinet, dedicated to the history of money, was founded in 1572. At display were primarily means of money at face value. One of the highlights being one of the world’s first coins. Our visual identity for The Royal Coin Cabinet makes use of the smallest element in typography, the dot, which also can be seen as an abstraction of the coin. This gleaming dot can melt, become a black hole, disappear, and multiply.
